I’ve been where you are - prioritizing others, overworking, and pushing myself to the brink. My wake-up call came when burnout landed me in the ER and forced me to take a gap year from grad school. That moment made me realize I had to put myself first to truly heal and thrive.
Through my journey of battling migraines, anxiety, and depression, I learned how to set boundaries, prioritize my well-being, and rebuild my life with intention. Now, I use my personal and professional experiences to guide others—professionals and students alike—who are navigating burnout, workplace trauma, academic stress, or challenges with self-advocacy.
